A 55-year-old female patient in Ecuador was incidentally diagnosed with two wide-neck aneurysms located in the communicating segment of the left internal carotid artery. Although the patient remained neurologically intact, the diagnosis imposed a considerable psychological burden.

In a single neurointerventional procedure, the physician team utilized the Kylin™ Flow Diverter to treat both aneurysms within the same vascular segment. The procedure supported vessel reconstruction and hemodynamic flow modification while avoiding the need for separate treatment sessions.

This case demonstrates the clinical applicability of flow diversion in the management of multiple complex intracranial aneurysms, particularly in challenging vascular anatomy requiring precise placement, stable deployment, and reliable wall apposition.
