Zylox-Tonbridge successfully holds the national launch meeting for Tonbridge Gekko™ Coil System
At the recent 2021 Oriental Conference of Interventional Neuroradiology (OCIN2021), Tonbridge Medical, the Neuro-intervention Business Division of Zylox-Tonbridge, successfully held the national launch meeting for Tonbridge Gekko™ Coil System, marking the start of full commercialization of Zylox-Tonbridge’s first important product from its hemorrhagic stroke product line.
Tonbridge GekkoTM Coil System is a mechanical detachable coil which is competitive in softness, mechanical detachment and wide-ranging specifications. It has obtained the marketing approval by the National Medical Products Administration of People’s Republic of China (the “NMPA”) at the end of September this year. At the launch meeting, Prof. Liu Jianmin of Changhai Hospital Affiliated to Naval Medical University shared the pre-marketing clinical data of Tonbridge Gekko™ Coil System. He said that the product is featured with innovations in its ultra-softness, emboilzation performance and mechanical detachment, as well as the safety and effectiveness of the treatment for the patients experiencing irregular aneurysms, ruptured aneurysms and small aneurysms.
Moreover, Jonathan Zhao, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Zylox-Tonbridge, introduced the detailed R&D process of Tonbridge Gekko™ Coil System. He also stressed that the company will be committed to providing more competitive and premium innovative products in the future, and strive to meet the expectations of the public.
